inTouch Wireless Monitor

The Fireye inTouch^TM Type IT1000 provides continuous monitoring of the Flame-Monitor^TM, MicroM and BurnerLogix^TM Y & Z flame safeguard controls.

The inTouch Wireless Monitoring System communicates directly to you through the cellular network, AMPS (Advanced Mobile Phone System), eliminating the need for costly telephone lines. And because inTouch is a cellular device, installation time is greatly reduced.

MB485ETH-CG Communication Gateway

The MB485ETH-CG communication gateway allows any Fireye product with Modbus communication capability to connect to building automation, PLC or SCADA system using BACnet MS/TP, BACnet/IP, Ethernet/IP or Modbus TCP/IP.

The MB485ETH-CG communication gateway can connect to multiple devices simultaneously on one of two serial ports. Devices wire in a daisy-chain and configuration is simple using a web-based interface. This interface can be accessed using a PC or smartphone/tablet via the provided Wi-Fi interface.

 

ABB ACS580 Variable Frequency Drive

Fireye offers a full range of ABB ACS580 VFDs in 208V-240V, 380V-480V and 500V-600V ranges. With over 4 million in service, ABB is a worldwide leader in variable frequency drives.

Fireye offers ABB ACS580 VFDs in three formats: loose (no disconnect or bypass), with disconnect, and with disconnect/bypass. ACS580 drives are well suited for use with combustion air fans, and programming guides make these units easy to interface with the Fireye Nexus family of efficiency controls. ACS580 VFDs are also a great choice for any other application with motors such as air handling and pump applications.

FX Series Servos

FX Series servos are available for use with your custom industrial application. All that is required is 24VDC power and a Modbus RTU connection.

Use your PLC to connect to the FX Series servo using the Modbus RTU protocol via RS-485. Connect up to 10 servos in a point-to-point wiring configuration on any single communication port.

AC Series Actuator

AC6Axx and AC6Bxx

Rotary actuator motor for use in burner and valve control systems.

The Fireye rotary actuator is a keypad programmable, direct coupled, modulating motor for use in burner and valve control systems. It is typically used with an electronic control to regulate a process temperature. The drive shaft of the actuator connects to a butterfly valve stem, which rotates 90 degrees from minimum to maximum position.

NXTSD507HD and NXTSD512HD Enhanced Touchscreen Interfaces

NXTSD507HD and NXTSD512HD enhanced touchscreen interfaces allow connection to one or more NXF4000 or PPC4000 parallel positioning controls, for both monitoring and commissioning.

The NXTSD507HD and NXTSD512HD enhanced touchscreen interfaces offer expanded capability beyone what the standard NXD410TS keypad can offer. These touchscreens can be used either with an existing NXD410TS or in place of one, allowing both monitoring and commissioning. Multiple controls can connect to one touchscreen, and auxiliary devices such as the BurnerLogix, YZ300 interlock annunciator and ABB VFDs can also be connected for more complete monitoring. Remote monitoring via VNC and a Modbus server are also standard features.

NXD410TS Touchscreen Interface

NXD410TS touchscreen interfaces allow connection to one or more NXF4000 or PPC4000 parallel positioning controls, for both monitoring and commissioning.

The NXD410TS provides the means to setup, monitor, and display information from the NXF4000 and PPC4000 series of controls as well as any connected accessories. It provides a full touchscreen interface for monitoring, configuration, and commissioning. The NXD410TS touchscreen is panel mounted and connects to the NXF4000 or PPC4000 control using a serial communication cable.
