BurnerPRO^TM Flame Safeguard

The Fireye BurnerPRO^TM provides the proper burner sequencing, ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial heating and process equipment firing oil and gas fuels. BurnerPRO Flame Safeguard BP110UVF / BP230UVF Control, with integrated flame safeguard and boiler control operation, provides simplified operation for single-point applications.

BurnerPRO Replacement Flame Safeguard

The BurnerPRO^TM provides the proper burner sequencing, ignition, and continuous flame monitoring for commercial heating and process equipment firing oil and gas fuels. BurnerPRO BP110UV-S1, S2, S3 and BP230UV-S1, S2, S3 controls are functionally compatible with select Siemens LFL control models.

BurnerLogix Y Flame Safeguard

BurnerLogix^TM Y Primary Safety Controls provide a full function to basic control for your application. BurnerLogix is a small compact package with Adaptive IR Amplifier technology. Built-in technologies allow the BurnerLogix to learn the characteristics of the fuel being burned and set its internal thresholds to optimize detection under all conditions.

BurnerLogix Z Flame Safeguard

Fireye's BurnerLogix^TM Z Control is an integrated flame safeguard and boiler control operation which provides simplified operation for single-point applications. The BurnerLogix Z (ZB110) system expands on the standard Fireye BurnerLogix Y System by combining boiler control functions with the same burner management control found in the Y system.

BurnerLogix YZ300 Annunciator

The Fireye YZ300 Interlock Annunciator Module provides increased interlock supervision capability of the BurnerLogix System. The YZ300 Module can interface with the YB110 or ZB110 BurnerLogix and expand on the YB110 or ZB110 annunciation capabilities. All interlock messages can be programmed using the YZ300P.

Flame-Monitor E110 Flame Safeguard

In conjunction with limit and operating controls, the Flame-Monitor E-110 programs the burner/blower motor, ignition and fuel valves to provide for proper and safe burner operation. The control also provides current operating status and lockout information in the event of a safety shutdown.

MicroM Series MEC120 Flame Safeguard

The Fireye MicroM Series Flame Safeguard Control is a compact, microprocessor-based, modular burner management system that is backwards compatible with existing TFM, Fireye UVM and M-Series II controls. The MicroM MEC120 and MEC230 chassis with the appropriate MEP100, MEP200 and MEP500 series programmers provide operations similar to its predecessors and are usually directly interchangeable.

inTouch Wireless Monitor

The Fireye inTouch^TM Type IT1000 provides continuous monitoring of the Flame-Monitor^TM, MicroM and BurnerLogix^TM Y & Z flame safeguard controls. The inTouch Wireless Monitoring System was developed to communicate directly to you through the nationwide cellular network, AMPS (Advanced Mobile Phone System), eliminating the need for costly telephone lines. And because inTouch is a cellular device, installation time is greatly reduced.

MII Series MC120 Flame Safeguard

The MII series MC-120 is a flame safeguard product designed to be backward compatible with the obsolete M Series TFM, UVM controls. Modular M-Series II Flame Safeguard Controls are compact, modular burner management systems. They are designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial sizes of heating and process burners that use gas and/or light oil fuels.

E300 Expansion Module

The Fireye E300 Expansion Module provides increased interlock supervision capability of the Flame-Monitor^TM System. The Expansion Module connects to any Fireye type EB 700 Flame-Monitor Chassis by means of a ribbon cable. By wiring any of sixteen interlock switches into the Expansion Module, the Flame-Monitor EB700 display automatically acts as a "first-out" annunciator for these interlocks.

M4RT1 Flame Safeguard Control

The Fireye M4RT1 and M4RT24 Flame Safeguard Control is a compact burner management system. The M4RT1 / M4RT24 is meant for commercial-sized heating and process burners that use gaseous fuels. The M4RT1 / M4RT24 control incorporates a safety checking circuit that is operative on each start. If flame (real or simulated) is detected prior to a start or during the purge, the fuel valves will not be energized, and the unit will lockout.

Fireye SB Series Flame Safeguard

Compact, modular burner management system

The Fireye SB Series flame safeguard control is a compact, microprocessor based, modular burner management system designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial sizes of heating and process equipment firing any type of fuel.

Three models are available: non purge, purge, and modulating (air damper control). Specific part numbers identify the various features such as flame sensor type, non purge, modulation, air proving, and trial for ignition timings.

Fireye 57AV7 Universal Test Unit

For M-Series, M-Series II (M-II) or MicroM

Fireye test unit Type 57AV7 Model 1000 provides a simple and convenient means to field-test the Fireye M-Series, M-Series II and MicroM controls.

The Type 57AV7 tester is intended primarily for portable use. However, when a fixed installation is needed, the four rubber feet on the back may be removed and screws or both used to mount the unit. The tester is provided with a three-prong plug on the line cord.
