Applications:
Intended for protection of
hot water heaters and storage tanks.

Features:
Incorporates an inert thermal
element coating that provides effective
isolation from mineral deposits (liming) and
galvanic corrosion. Cast bronze body with
male inlet and female outlet, brass and
stainless steel internal parts, silicone
seat disc and stainless steel spring. Test
lever standard. Temperature relief setting
is 210°F (99°C). Available in 1”,5” and 8”
element extensions (NCLX-1, NCLX-5, NCLX-8).

Features:
Design AGA
certified per ANSI Z21.22 Relief
Valves and Automatic Gas Shutoff
Devices. Bronze body, stainless
steel spring, furnished with test
lever. Standard factory setting is
150 psi. Temperature relief is
210°F (99°C). All FV Series valves
through 1-1/4" have coated thermal
elements. Protects against
corrosion and mineral build-up.
The coating also isolates the
copper from galvanic action within
the heater. The 1-1/2" FVX-4 and
the 2" FVMX-3 have stainless steel
elements. Male or female inlet
connections; female outlet

Features:
ASME Section IV listed and
rated for emergency steam discharge by the
National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel
Inspectors. Bronze body and inside working
parts, silicone seat, stainless steel
spring. “Pop” type action provides maximum
safety. F-30 set at 30 psi only.

Features:
Small, low-cost relief valves
suitable for static over-pressure
protection. Calibrated adjusting screw for
occasional changes in pressure setting
without the use of a pressure gauge (FWC
only). Bronze bodies with male inlet and
female outlet, silicone seat and stainless
steel spring. F-Series standard factory
pressure setting, 125 psi. FWC valve
standard factory pressure setting, 125 psi.

VACUUM RELIEF VALVE

Applications:
Designed to protect hot water
supply systems and
pressure vessels.
Sizes:
3/4"and 1/2"
Features:
Prevents internal vacuum
conditions that could drain a system by
siphonage, burn out heaters or collapse
storage tanks - especially copper. Opens
quickly in emergency situations. Opens on
less than 1" mercury vacuum. Bronze body
with a male inlet, integral body seat and
silicone seat disc. Maximum water pressure
200 psi; Maximum steam pressure 15 psi;
Maximum temperature 250°F (121°C). Capacity
13 SCFM. It is AGA design certified per ANSI
Z21.22 Relief Valves and Automatic Gas
Shutoff Devices. |
