Single Loop, General-Purpose Temperature Indicators & Controllers

     Our new generation Plus Series general-purpose, front to panel, temperature controllers incorporate many adaptable, easy-to-use control features, including user-selectable plug and play output cards, jumper-less configuration, auto-configuration hardware, PC configuration software and remote setpoint, that make them adaptable and well-featured for many general purpose industrial applications.

Single Loop, Industry / Application Specific Temperature Controllers

     Our industry-application specific 6600 and 8600 front to panel, temperature indicators and controllers  equipped with heater break function have been designed for quality process control within the plastics industry.  A low, high and short-circuit heater break alarm are all available at the same time, providing essential protection.  Front panel indication of heater failure is backed up with visible current and process variables which are shown on the dual color four-digit displays.

Single Loop, High-End Profile Controllers / Temperature Indicators

     Profile or (ramp/soak) digital temperature controllers offer high accuracy and come in basic and high-end models that differ in the number of segments and programmable profiles (model dependent). They allow operators to program a number of setpoints (ramp) and time the sit at each setpoint (soak), with the ability to enter a number of segments to allow complex temperature profiles for enhances control. Four to eight programs of 16 free-format segments (model dependent). Profile models such as guaranteed soak, delayed start, profile recovery and cycling provide advanced control .
