Benefits & Features

HVAC - ANSI 125/250, 1/2" - 10"

Two-Way valves available in three types; Single Seated Unbalanced, Single Seated Cylinder Balanced and Double Seated Semi-Balanced. The valves are available with Bronze or Cast Iron bodies and Bronze or Stainless Steel Trim. Flange ratings are either ANSI 125 or 250. Size range is 1/2 inch to 10 inch.

The actuators come in four series that accept either 2 – 10 Vdc or 4-20 mAdc as modulating input signals with a 2-10 Vdc feedback signal, for use with a 24 Vac/24 Vdc power source. Depending on actuator series, power failure will result in Fail-In-Place or Fail Open/Closed as provided w/internal capacitive storage or an external auxiliary power pack.

PICV PN16

Warren Pressure Independent Control Valve PN16

Benefits & Features

PICV PN16 - High Capacity

There are 2 segments of the PICV, first is an electrically actuated control valve, capable of responding to a control signal from a controller, not part of the PICV. The second senses and regulates a preset adjustable flowing differential pressure across the control valve segment from factory preset to customer's specifications. Both segments include pressure balancing control elements of industrial quality for optimum control performance in the presence of high system pressures and ensuring long life.

Monitrol

Warren Monitrol Control Valve

Benefits & Features

Monitrol is a turn-key fluid control system including a globe style control valve, a variety of built in sensors for Flow, Pressure and Temperature, a High Precision Electric Actuator, along with controller and an easy to use Touch Screen interface. Monitrol can manage up to three variables (sensors), simultaneously with its control logic. Flexibility allows the control logic in Monitrol to be bypassed if that is desired. A Building Management System can still maintain all control and just make use of the sensor information if that is desired. A full range of I/O signals, feedback and modbus TCP communications are standard.

Both segments include pressure balancing control elements of industrial quality for optimum control performance in the presence of high system pressures and ensuring long life.
