PISTON
PAK ELEMENTS
The heart of the mechanical product line is the fluid filled sensing
element. Hermetically sealed, it is ruggedly constructed for long-term
industrial and commercial applications where reliability, accuracy,
sensitivity and trouble-free performance are required. Many combinations
of capillary length, bulb configuration, and material are available.

SELF
OPERATING GAS CONTROLS
Partlow's
series of self-operating, throttling gas valves have been specified
for a wide variety of applications for more than 60 years. They
maintain critical temperatures in gas-fired appliances without the
characteristic "sawtooth" curves of two-positioned controls. Coupled
with a piston pak element (ABOVE,) these units require no external
power.
INDICATING
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS
The
MF and LF series are available in may configurations including:
single or dual switch, single or dual setpoint, potentiometer output,
pneumatic output, explosion proof, high limit, and impulse-type
modulating controls. Most units are UL and CSA listed and require
a piston pak element for temperature sensing.
MECHANICAL
CHART RECORDERS
The
RF series of single or dual pen recording instruments are available
as record only or in a variety of outputs such as: on-off (switches,)
single or dual pneumatic outputs, and modulating potentiometer as
well as cam style programmers.
Coupled with a piston pak element, they provide years of reliable
continuous service.
NON-INDICATING
TEMPERATURE CONTROLS
Basic no-nonsense temperature and high-limit controllers ideal for
OEM's and others are available in single or dual switch models.
A piston pak is required.
REFRIGERATED
TRANSPORT RECORDERS
The
SR and TR series are compact weather resistant recording thermometers
designed especially for the mobile refrigeration industry. These
recorders can operate completely independent of the refrigeration
system power supply. Two configurations are available, an enclosed
stand alone unit for exterior mounting on a vehicle or container
and a skeleton version requiring an enclosure as in reefer unit
designs.
