Thermostatic
Systems
The thermostatic mixing
valve has long been regarded as an essential
means of ensuring that premixed hot water for
industrial hygiene and process control applications
is maintained at a safe, comfortable temperature.
Rada® thermostatic mixing valves feature unique
technology that outperforms and outdates
thermostatic mixing valves operating on the bimetal
or filled capsule principles. Armstrong
International offers thermostatic water mixing
valves in a range of sizes from 0.5 to 98 GPM (1.9
to 371 LPM), package assemblies for up to 288 GPM
(1090 LPM), and steam/water mixing valves in sizes
up to 86 GPM (326 LPM). Complete assemblies are
available as well to handle tasks like vat filling,
washdown, blending from heat exchangers, and food
processing.
Electronic Systems
Armstrong International is
proud to offer the groundbreaking MegaMix™ line of
electronic mixed water temperature control and
steam/water mixing systems. These forward thinking
mixing valves are controlled with advanced
programmable electronic actuators and packaged with
an integrated temperature sensor to function as a
stand-alone water temperature control solution or as
part of an automated system. With the MegaMix it's
not just about hot water anymore since it can blend
all the way to either inlet temperature, allowing
for chilled water applications. With unmatched
