Benefits & Features

Heavy Cast Iron pump housing and brackets assures rigidity and long life. The New SterlSeal features the ultimate in ceramic technology for exceptional long life.

The Sterlco G Series Centrifugal Pump is designed so that the motor shaft will not be exposed to water. Provisions for a seal flush or vent is provided. The pump is closed coupled to a 3450-RPM, (open drip proof, totally enclosed or explosion proof.) The pump allows the motor and impeller to be removed without disturbing the piping connections. The SterlSeal runs on the bronze impeller hub, the motor shaft is literally outside of the pump. Consequently, the shaft is not exposed to corrosion by condensate. Rated for temperatures up to 250°F.

  • 1/3, 1/2, 3/4 HP
  • 3/4 NPT Discharge
  • Stainless Steel Motor Shaft

The Sterlco J Series Centrifugal Pump is designed so the motor shaft will not be exposed to water. Provisions for seal flush or vent is provided. The pump is closed coupled to a 3450-RPM, (open drip proof, totally enclosed or explosion proof). The impeller is brass for long life. Efficient design provides maximum capacity, minimum motor load. The SterlSeal runs on the bronze impeller hub, the motor shaft is literally outside of the pump. Consequently, the shaft is not exposed to corrosion by condensate. Rated for temperatures up to 250°F.

  • 1/2 thru 3 HP
  • 1 1/2 NPT Discharge
  • Stainless Steel Motor Shaft
  • Motor, Bracket and Impeller Assembly can be removed for service without disturbing discharge piping

K Series 2' NPSH Centrifugal Pumps

Design & Operation

Spec & Tech Sheets

Sterlco K Series Centrifugal Pumps
K Series

Benefits & Features

The Sterlco® K Series 2’ NPSH Pump is designed to pump hot condensate up to 212° F on elevated tank units. If a steam trap fails in the system, this unit will continue to operate up to 12° higher than standard units.

Pump can operate in low NPSH conditions controlling damaging cavitation and continuing to provide steady flow. Efficient design provides maximum capacity, minimum motor load, and the ability to operate in low NPSH conditions. Simplistic design offers ease of maintenance and time savings versus competitor's similar low NPSH pump designs. Carbon ceramic pump seal (300°F.) with EPDM elastomers.

  • 1/2 thru 3 HP motor sizes
  • 1-1/2" NPT Discharge
  • Stainless Steel Motor Shaft
  • Pump capacities to 85 GPM
