Schubert & Salzer Control Systems GmbH is a
medium-sized company with its head office in
Ingolstadt. Their field of activities ranges from
the development to the production of innovative
measuring and control technology solutions for
flowing and gaseous media.
Schubert & Salzer Control Systems had been looking
as early as 1983 for new ways of reducing the
dimensions of conventional, in some cases bulky,
valves and of increasing their accuracy at the same
time. They have succeeded with the new principle of
the sliding gate valve, the rudiments of which date
back as far as Leonardo da Vinci. Whenever customers
in the chemicals industry, steelworks, food
factories and the pharmaceutical industry enjoy the
advantages of the sliding gate valve today, it is
because we took the liberty of putting the new
first.
Schubert & Salzer’s latest developments include a
digital positioner which offers, in addition to high
operational reliability, unrestricted adaptation of
the characteristic lines.
The most recent development stems from the field of
ultra-sonic flow measurement, with the usual
Schubert &Salzer high-end quality. Real-time flow
measurement based on the running-time principle as
well as the measuring of particles and air in
liquids.
All our products are subject to their prime
philosophy: the product is determined by the
customer’s individual application. The
customer does not have to adhere to standards but
