Hot & Cold Water Hose Stations. . . Armstrong Hot & Cold Water Hose Stations are supplied with an integral 320 Thermostatic Mixing Valve. Armstrong hot and cold water hose stations replace the basic Mixing Y with a 320 thermostatic mixing valve with 3/4" (20 mm) inlets/outlet(s) as the primary water temperature controller.

Standard Hot & Cold Water Hose Stations. . . The Armstrong Hot & Cold Hose Stations – Standard series is supplied fully assembled and pressure tested in the following configurations:

 

Armstrong Rada® 320 Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Armstrong Mixing Valve Model 3031Model 3031 - Mixing Unit with Flow Control

320 Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) supplied with integral risers for simultaneous on/off control of both inlet supplies. The unit is installed on a stainless steel wall mounting plate.

Armstrong hot and cold water hose stations replace the basic Mixing Y with a 320 thermostatic mixing valve as the primary water temperature controller. With the 320 you can:

  • Change outlet water temperature from full cold to the field-adjustable maximum limit stop in a single handle turn
  • Set and lock to a single temperature and maintain outlet temperatures ± 2°F (1°C) in the event of inlet pressure and/or temperature fluctuation or change
  • Protect the operator a thermal-shutdown feature if the cold water inlet supply fails

IMPORTANT NOTE: Thermostatic products used by Armstrong competitors for this application cannot provide a temperature range from full cold to the field-adjustable maximum limit stop. Nor can they access temperatures within 5°F (2°C) of either inlet supply temperature.

Various hose lengths, spray nozzles and hose reels are available as options for Armstrong hot and cold water hose stations.

Model 3033 - Hose Station

Model 3033 Hose Station

320 Thermostatic Mixing Valve supplied with integral risers for simultaneous on/off control of both inlet supplies. The unit is installed on a stainless steel hose rack that is suitable for wall or column installation.

Model 3033 is also supplied with 25 feet (7.6 m) of white washdown hose with "live" swivel adaptors and a Rubber-cushioned 10 gpm (37.8 lpm) - rated water saver spray nozzle with nozzle hook.

Model 3033 - Hose Station in Flush-Mount Cabinet

Model 3033-FMCD is installed in a Type-304 stainless steel, two-door cabinet with a 2" (50 mm) flange, and it is designed for recessed installation.Model 3033 Hose Station in Flush-Mount Cabinet The cabinet doors have a recessed "toggle" handle. All exposed surfaces have a #4 brushed finish. The bottom of the cabinet is crosscut to drain any water accidentally discharged within the cabinet.

Model 3033-FMCD is supplied with 25 feet (7.6 m) of white washdown hose with "live" swivel adaptors. Rubber-cushioned 10 gpm (37.8 lpm) - rated water saver spray nozzle is supplied as standard.

FMCD cabinets are manufactured to order and can be modified to include customer requirements such as increased dimensions, vacuum breakers, compressed air and/or fluid lines, pressure-reducing valves and gauges, extra hose lengths, and more.

Recessed In-Wall Mounting Hot & Cold Water Hose Stations. . . The Armstrong Hot & Cold Hose Stations – Recessed-In-Wall series is supplied fully assembled and pressure tested designed for wall-recessed installation.

Armstrong Mixing Valve Model 3401Model 3401 - Mixing Unit

Features a 320 Thermostatic Mixing Valve designed for wall-recessed installation and includes combination inlet isolation/strainer/check valves and stainless steel panel-mount thermometer. The mixing valve, pipe work and associated components are secured within a rugged steel mounting frame and concealed behind a 13.25" x 23.25" polished stainless steel access panel.

Model 3401 also includes an exposed polished chrome temperature-control handle and stainless steel flow-control ball valve. The unit is ideal for clean rooms, pharmaceutical mixing rooms, research labs or similar locations where temperature-controlled hot water is required, but where surface-mount piping and fixtures are undesirable.

Armstrong hot and cold water hose stations replace the basic Mixing Y with a 320 thermostatic mixing valve as the primary water temperature controller. With the 320 you can:

Features a 320 Thermostatic Mixing Valve designed for wall-recessed installation and includes Hose Station Model 3403 combination inlet isolation/strainer/check valves and stainless steel panel-mount thermometer. The mixing valve, pipe work and associated components are secured within a rugged steel mounting frame and concealed behind a 13.25" x 23.25" polished stainless steel access panel.

Model 3403 also includes an exposed polished chrome temperature-control handle and stainless steel flow-control ball valve. The unit is ideal for clean rooms, pharmaceutical mixing rooms, research labs or similar locations where temperature-controlled hot water is required, but where surface-mount piping and fixtures are undesirable.

Model 3403 includes 25 feet of "safety yellow" washdown hose, low-heat-transfer polymer spray nozzle with trigger guard, swivel adapter, a stainless steel nozzle hook and inlet check valves.

Armstrong hot and cold water hose stations replace the basic Mixing Y with a 320 thermostatic mixing valve as the primary water temperature controller. With the 320 you can:
